Information we collect
The form may collect your full name, email address, optional phone number, programme of interest, message and preferred contact method.
Why we use it
We use this information only to receive, assess and respond to your enquiry. Processing is based on your request to be contacted and the consent you provide before submission.
Recipients and security
Access is limited to authorised Real Education personnel and the hosting and email providers needed to deliver the service. Messages are sent through an encrypted SMTP connection, with technical controls against malicious or automated submissions.
Protection against automated submissions
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate from automated submissions. For this check, Cloudflare processes the minimum technical security data required and does not receive the content you enter in the form.
Retention
Enquiries are retained only for as long as needed to respond and document the relevant communication, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and you may withdraw your consent by contacting greece@realedu.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
